As co-founders, we bring complementary strengths to every aspect of the business: leadership, analysis, and heart. Together, we combine decades of experience in business strategy, operations, and relationship building to create something that feels both personal and professional — a business rooted in doing things the right way.
We’re both proud fathers — each of us with two daughters — and that very personal family identity and perspective shapes how we approach business. We treat every interaction with transparency, fairness, and respect.
Brad Rippetoe
Brad brings over 30 years of youth services leadership experience in operations, business development, recruitment, and community builder. His career has centered around managing organizations, leading teams, and forging meaningful relationships built on trust and collaboration. His approach to land investment is grounded in service — treating every seller and partner with honesty and respect. Brad’s background gives Wray Vista its heartbeat: steady, ethical, and people-first.

Andrew’s background spans healthcare strategy, market development, and business leadership. With years of experience helping companies grow commercially through clarity and disciplined execution, he brings operational rigor and a consistent growth-mindset to Wray Vista. His focus is on process, analysis, and building a scalable foundation that is replicable and sustainable.
